- Mobile Phone Number: Used to generate your order confirmation and prevent unauthorized receipt redemption.
- Delivery Address: Collected only if you select local delivery fulfillment.
- Order Preferences & Notes: Special sweet packaging or diet instructions provided by you.
2. Payment Security & Banking Information
Raju Lassi never stores your credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or bank passwords. All online payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay) complying with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards and 256-bit SSL encryption.
3. Digital Receipt & Anti-Fraud Vouchers
Digital receipts issued via our platform feature an HMAC cryptographically signed token. Scans at the counter verify authenticity and mark the voucher as redeemed in our central database, ensuring your purchased goods cannot be fraudulently claimed by anyone else.
4. Local Storage & Cookies
We use localized browser storage strictly to preserve your cart items and recent receipts across page reloads. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
